One of the biggest inspirations in my musical and creative life is Johnny Cash, plain and simple. When I was developing my own sense for creative expression I always came back to being enamored by the story of June and Johnny Cash. This song is written in the perspective of Mr. Cash sitting in his living room somewhere in the 4 months between June and his death...For a love so strong, to dwell in this loneliness for 4 months, id imagine a song like this would come of it.
